DMCA & Copyright Policy

4kvision respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, we act expeditiously to address claims of copyright infringement.

1. Non-Hosting Declaration

4kvision acts strictly as an internet service provider. We do not host, store, or archive the media or streaming content directly on our main servers. We only provide routing infrastructure that points to external servers located around the world. We have no direct control over the specific files hosted externally.

2. Takedown Requests

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via our routing service, you may notify our copyright agent by providing the following information:

  • A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with sufficient detail so that we can isolate and block the routing path (e.g., exact direct URLs or IP/port endpoints).
  • Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and email address.

3. Course of Action

Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, 4kvision will investigate immediately and sever the routing link to the offending content server from our network indexing. We will endeavor to take action within 24-48 hours of notice receipt.
